sxs6 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Eligibility

To register and use sxs6 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sxs6 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual and not on behalf of any business, syndicate or third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited to you by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of any employee or contractor of sxs6 or any of its associated technology or content providers.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity, using your own funds, and for your own personal entertainment only.

sxs6 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot satisfy our verification requirements, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals held pending verification completion.

2. Accounts — Registration, Verification and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on sxs6. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, different payment details, or different devices — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and all associated balances being forfeited.

When registering your account, the information you provide must be accurate and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact number. If any of this information changes after registration, you are responsible for updating it by contacting our support team.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. sxs6 will never ask for your full password over chat, email or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and we will secure your account.

Account verification is required before your first withdrawal. Verification involves confirming your identity with standard documentation — the specific documents required will be communicated to you when you submit your first withdrawal request. Most verifications are completed within one working day.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

sxs6 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are in PKR. There are no currency conversion requirements or additional foreign exchange charges applied by sxs6 to your transactions.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and other approved mobile wallets. The available options are displayed on the deposit page of your account. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are shown at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals are processed according to the following general timelines for verified accounts:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: Same-day processing in most cases, typically within a few hours during business hours.
• Raast: Generally processed within three hours.
• Bank Transfer: One to two business days depending on your bank.
• Debit Card: Two to five business days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. sxs6 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts or numbers that are not in your own name. If the name on your payment method does not match your registered sxs6 account name, the withdrawal will be held pending clarification.

sxs6 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on deposits and withdrawals to prevent fraud or money laundering. These checks may cause a brief delay. We will communicate the reason for any hold to you through your registered contact details.

4. Games, Sports Betting and Results

All games on sxs6 — including Slot Games, Fish Games, Bingo, Live Casino and Arcade titles — use certified random number generation or live dealer processes. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are final once a round is completed. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.

Sports betting results on sxs6 are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body for each sport. For Cricket and PSL, this means official scorecards from the relevant cricket board. For Football, results are based on official league or tournament records. In the event of a dispute over a result, the relevant governing body's official outcome takes precedence over all other sources.

In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet that affects the outcome in a way that cannot be fairly resolved by the existing result, sxs6 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the player's account. This decision is made at sxs6's discretion and will be communicated to affected players.

Minimum and maximum stakes for each game or betting market are displayed within the game or market interface. Attempting to place a bet outside these limits will result in the bet being rejected. Accepted bets are binding once confirmed.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets

From time to time sxs6 offers bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, free bets and other promotional incentives. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds — which are communicated clearly before you claim the offer.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means PKR 10,000 must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the promotion being cancelled and, where evidence of systematic abuse exists, the account being reviewed.
• sxs6 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have completed the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account but real-money funds and any winnings generated exclusively from real-money play will not be affected.

6. Responsible Gaming

sxs6 is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve financial pressures. Players have the right to request a self-exclusion or account closure at any time by contacting support. If you self-exclude, you will not be permitted to re-register for a minimum period specified at the time of exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, sxs6 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration, though we cannot guarantee absolute prevention across all devices and browsers.

Players may also set personal deposit limits, session time reminders and loss limits through the account settings section. We encourage all players to make use of these tools before starting any gaming session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or using more than one account on sxs6.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that is in a third party's name.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or game bugs for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or any non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information trading or any collusion in sports betting markets.
• Any attempt to launder money or use sxs6 as a conduit for funds of illegal origin.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive communication directed at any sxs6 staff member or other platform user.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

sxs6 may suspend or close an account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that continuing to operate the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance derived from activity that constitutes the breach may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are clearly separable from any breach activity will be returned to your verified payment method.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of your requested closure will be paid out to your nominated payment method following standard verification checks.

9. Limitation of Liability

sxs6 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that technical faults will never occur. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

sxs6's liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the actual real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim. We do not accept liability for lost winnings, missed opportunities, or consequential losses arising from platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Gaming involves risk. The outcome of any game or bet may result in a loss of the staked amount. sxs6 does not accept liability for financial losses resulting from normal gaming activity undertaken in accordance with these Terms.

10. Amendments to These Terms

sxs6 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through a notification on the platform at next login. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method upon closure.
